Pink oyster mushroom with rosemary and butter

Ingredients


Pink oyster mushroom

Rosemary

Butter

Salt 

Pepper

Olive oil

Truffle oil 


Preparation


Sauté

Place a touch of olive oil in pan. Graze the pan with butter. Add chopped pink oyster mushrooms along with rosemary, salt and pepper while sprinkling some truffle oil. Sauté all of the ingredients until all is a touch crisp while retaining softness. Read to serve. Bon appetite.
